California Closing in On Twenty Percent Renewable Energy
Pacific Gas and Electric announced this past Thursday that they signed a major deal with two companies to produce a whopping 800 Mega-Watts of clean and renewable energy. The California based utility company has formally agreed with Optisolar Inc. and the Sunpower Corporation to produce this electricity, entirely from solar power.
